What will you be doing?

  • Be an effective bridge between the company and clients.
  • Provide first-level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail, and phone.
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
  • Keep the customer’s interest alongside the company’s requirements in mind at all times.
  • Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication.
  • Keep vigilance regarding the company’s compliance with Cyprus and Global regulations.
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience.

Requirements

  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Full proficiency in English – a Must.
  • Basic understanding of the financial markets.
  • Service Orientation.
  • Phenomenal interpersonal skills.
  • High motivation to succeed and contribute.
  • Work from Office.
