Hire Support Specialist
The Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with the maintenance and onboarding of their applicants and new hires through the R365 HIRE Portal. They will work closely with 3rd party partners to ensure all clients receive a delightful experience with R365 HIRE. A successful applicant will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects. The combination of technical expertise, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative, and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to success.
- Manage personal support ticket queue
- Respond to customer support tickets with technical expertise
- Reach out to customers by phone, screen share, or live chat to better understand root issues
- Assist customers with R365 HIRE integration functionality
- Diagnose and document software defects and escalate them to management
- Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve a common issue
- Other Tasks as assigned
- Previous background with Tech Customer Support, preferably in HR or Recruiting platforms
- High attention to detail
- The solution-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex content with a simplified explanation
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong technical aptitude with experience communicating across multiple platforms
