If you are the person your friends call when their computer breaks, a creative problem solver, and a solutions-oriented individual who is a whiz at Mac OS and SaaS apps,  i place for you! This is a part-time, temporary position based out of our Jerusalem (Talpiyot) office, reporting to the IT Manager.

What you will be responsible for

  • We are a 100% Mac shop. Familiarity with macOS is required.
  • Assist with the management and support of the company users and their Macs using Jamf for device management and Okta for identity management.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Google Workspace accounts and services.
  • Help administer and manage SaaS applications.
  • Provide daily on-site user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Onboarding: Help set up laptops for new hires and ensure they have access to the right tools (Slack, Mail, Salesforce, AWS, Jira, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate IT asset documentation and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager on improving IT workflows and processes.
  • Respond promptly to user requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate interested in IT support and systems administration.
  • Basic knowledge or a keen interest in Google Workspace, Mac OS, Jamf, Okta and many more SaaS applications.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable or eager to work in a Mac-only environment.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jerusalem with flexible availability to work 4 ~ 8 hours
