Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Mechatronics Engineer to join the team and play
a key role in the development of advanced machines for the automated and robotic
production of neurotechnology medical implants.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience, participate in design, implementation,
integration, optimization, and qualification of next-generation machines used in high-tech
medical device manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

First 3–4 months (operator phase in Nazareth):

  •  Work as an operator on one of our production machines.
  •  Support production activities while learning the machine inside out.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our automation systems and processes.
  •  Work schedule: Monday to Friday (4 PM – 11 PM), Saturday (8 AM – 5 PM).
  •  Accommodation provided in Nazareth during this period.

After the initial phase (based in Jerusalem):

  •  Work primarily from our Jerusalem office, with 1–2 days per week in Nazareth
    as required.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of existing machines.
  •  Participate in the design and development of new advanced machines for
    automated and robotic production.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and
    software systems.
  • Support machine qualification and validation for medical device manufacturing.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical abilities.
  • Curiosity, motivation, and the ability to learn quickly.
  •  Practical mindset with the drive to build and improve complex systems.
  •  Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  •  Experience in automation, robotics, or machine design.
  •  Familiarity with medical devices or regulated industries.
