Description
As a DevOps Engineer , you will be a hands-on contributor supporting 2–3 delivery
teams. You will work on building and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible,
deploying code using GitLab CI and ArgoCD, and ensuring a smooth developer experience.
You’ll collaborate closely with your local team and your US-based peers to ensure that our global
DevOps organization works as one team, following consistent standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
principles, including GitOps via ArgoCD and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI; assist with the migration away from
Bamboo and Octopus.
• Contribute to application deployments using GitOps practices and maintain Git-based
configuration consistency.
• Collaborate with 2–3 delivery teams to support their DevOps needs and remove blockers to
productivity.
• Contribute to scripting and automation in Bash, Python, or PowerShell to reduce manual
effort.
• Work in hybrid server environments across Windows and Linux.
• Participate in post-incident process improvements and implementation of RCA findings.
• Help document processes, standards, and deployment patterns.
• Partner with DevOps engineers globally to ensure consistency in tooling, practices, and
delivery.
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure experience in cloud-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI (required); familiarity with ArgoCD or GitOps
is a plus.
• Experience working with Azure and/or AWS.
• Solid understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Comfort working in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset; able to thrive both
autonomously and as part of a distributed team.
