Midlevel Product Owner|JB-782

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Owner to contribute to the development of

impactful and user-centric product solutions. You will collaborate with Product

Management, Engineering, and Design teams to help define and deliver features that align

with customer needs and business priorities.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in product ownership who is ready to

take more responsibility and grow their strategic and cross-functional skills. You should be

comfortable translating product goals into actionable tasks, managing backlogs, and

working in an Agile environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner or related role within a software
• development environment.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Solid communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Exposure to HR tech or payroll systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance-focused product features.
• Interest in growing into a more strategic product role over time.
