Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer to join our growing medical device company. The role combines hands-on operational responsibility with engineering process control, supporting the transition from R&D to full-scale production under ISO 13485 quality management requirements.
This position is ideal for mechanical, mechatronics, or industrial engineers (מהנדסי מכונות / מכטרוניקה / תעשייה וניהול) who want to develop a broad skill set in production operations, quality systems, and process improvement in the medical device industry.

Education:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (מהנדס תעשייה וניהול / מכונות / מכטרוניקה) or a related field.
Experience (preferred but not required):
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality environments.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Priority).
• Exposure to medical device or high-tech manufacturing – an advantage.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks.
• Attention to detail, hands-on mindset, and willingness to learn regulatory requirements.
• Good communication skills in Hebrew and English (reading technical documents, supplier communication).
