Description
The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding development teams in adopting Agile methodologies and delivering high-quality products. This role involves facilitating team processes, coaching team members on Agile practices, and serving as a leader who fosters a collaborative and productive team environment. The Scrum Master ensures effective communication and collaboration within the team, removes impediments to progress, and drives continuous improvement to achieve project goals.
- Mentor and coach development teams in Agile principles, practices,
and frameworks. - Conduct Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint
Review, Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness. - Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Foster collaboration between the development team, product
owner, and stakeholders. - Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong bilingual communications skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and
stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Functional Skills:
- Proven experience as a scrum master in a fast-paced agile
environment. - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
and their practical application.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence,
etc.). - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
