Description
The Senior Product Owner is responsible for driving the product vision and strategy, prioritizing the backlog
to maximize business value and making key decisions about features and functionality. This role requires
working closely with stakeholders and the development team, as well as using performance metrics to
ensure successful product outcomes and alignment with market needs.
Responsibilities:
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Create and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Make decisions about product features and functionality.
• Ensure the product aligns with market trends and customer
expectations.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure product success.
• Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven
decisions.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Manage and lead a team of product owners.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or
a related field.
• Strong bilingual communications skills in Arabic and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in a product management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with product management tools and software.
