Description
As a DevOps Engineer , you’ll support 2–3 delivery teams with the guidance of senior
engineers. You’ll help manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, participate in CI/CD
automation with GitLab, and deploy services using ArgoCD.
You’ll receive mentorship and training to develop your technical depth and DevOps skillset.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with infrastructure provisioning and configuration by learning and applying
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, including GitOps-based workflows.
• Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance using GitLab CI and participate in automation tasks.
• Learn and contribute to GitOps deployments using ArgoCD, following established patterns
and templates.
• Partner with 2–3 delivery teams to support their DevOps needs in a consistent and scalable
way.
• Perform basic scripting tasks in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Contribute to the maintenance of Windows and Linux environments.
• Help implement technical improvements based on RCA findings.
• Participate in documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers globally to stay aligned with shared practices and
standards.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of relevant DevOps, infrastructure, or software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
• Interest in learning Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools such as GitLab CI,
ArgoCD, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Willingness to adopt GitOps practices and work within Git-managed deployment workflows.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS (through coursework, labs, or
hands-on practice). Experience is a plus.
• Experience working with Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative DevOps environment, while
working independently and taking initiative when needed.
• Clear communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in both
autonomous and team settings.
