We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. In this role, you will take ownership of customer retention or marketing analytics, partnering closely with each domain’s leadership team to develop strategies that improve customer health, reduce churn, and strengthen customer relationships, optimize campaign performance, and drive user engagement. You will own the CS/Marketing department dashboards and data pipelines, analyze key lifecycle data, monitor retention/marketing KPIs, and surface insights that directly shape business decisions.
You will work primarily with SQL and Looker to query, structure, and present data, and will help shape the analytics framework for our retention programs
Responsibilities
- Be a focal point of all analytical aspects related to customer retention/marketing.
- Continue developing quantitative metrics in order to support better monitoring of customer performance.
- Provide support for ongoing analytical needs of the CS/Marketing Department, maintain and improve existing dashboards and build the new ones.
- Provide useful data for QBRs and other touchpoints with customers.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools for low-touch retention programs, such as an automated QBR.
- Define, build and track KPIs, present the current situation and future outlook to the senior stakeholders.
Requirements |
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS company.
- BSc/BA in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in SQL (essential).
- Solid knowledge of reporting and data visualization techniques (essential); experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
