This company is looking for a Graphic/UI/UX Designer to design engaging digital experiences that
enhance patient education and provider interactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
creating intuitive UI, engaging visuals, and optimized user experiences for healthcare SaaS
applications.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and refine UI/UX for the company’s platform, ensuring
accessibility and ease of use.
● Develop marketing materials, infographics, and promotional visuals.
● Work closely with developers and customer success teams to ensure designs meet real
world user needs.
● Optimize existing interfaces based on usability testing and customer feedback.
● Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or digital product design.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in SaaS UX, healthcare UX, or digital
platforms.
● Understanding of user research, A/B testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
● Basic familiarity with SaaS onboarding experiences and digital health workflows.
● Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Software & Tools:
● UI/UX & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
● Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
● Collaboration & Prototyping: InVision, Zeplin, Miro
● Web & App Development Tools: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end
frameworks is a plus
