About the Position

As a Manual Quality Assurance (QA) at SupPlant, you will play a pivotal role in our R&D department. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the high quality and reliability of our software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize software delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute software testing to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Implement and execute QA methodologies to enhance software quality.
  • Monitor and report software defects, proposing solutions to improve software functionality.
  • Support the team in identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans and strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in QA roles within manual software testing.
  • Experience with WEB/Mobile/ RestAPI tests.
  • Experience with databases and TSQL.
  • Proficient in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
