Job Responsibilities:
. Enhance existing QA efforts and processes
· Create and continuously optimize end-to-end testing scenarios and modules
· Perform root cause analysis of quality issues in production
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
· Keen eye for details regarding user flows and general user experience
· Organized with strong project management skills
· Critical thinker, self-starter, able to constantly learn new things and work autonomously
· Comfort with ambiguity and great deductive reasoning
High Advantage:
· Experience with QA methodologies
Familiar with product development lifecycles
· Experience with modern API technologies
Nice to Have:
· Experience with NLP / LLM technologies
· Experience CI/CD processes
· Familiar with customer service platforms and CRM systems
